Responsibilities
- Induction Plan:
- Design and execute end-to-end induction plans for new hires.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Conduct orientation sessions
- Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Manage the complete onboarding process including documentation and system setup.
- Facilitate smooth offboarding for departing employees, ensuring all formalities are completed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Background Verification Process:
- Conduct background checks for new hires by company policies.
- Liaise with verification agencies and follow up on pending verifications.
- Leave Management:
- Oversee leave management, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Track and update leave records, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with HR vendors and service providers
- Labour Tax Compliance:
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly returns related to labor tax.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
